As some of the locals are already aware we have a new Dungeons & Dragons RPG group starting up this Saturday at 5:00PM!!! This will be the start of many 4th Edition campaigns for new and veteran players alike. We have a new Dungeon Master that will be starting everyone from scratch with character creation and campaign. We welcome anyone and everyone even those who have never played before. Even if you might not be interested, go ahead and tell all your friends.

Now for our second announcement, Sun Coast Comics is happy to inform Jacksonville and the surrounding the areas that we are now an APPROVED GAMES WORKSHOP STOCKIST STORE!!! Sounds impressive doesn’t it? What it means for our locals is that we now have a significant area of our store dedicated to the GLOBALLY popular gaming miniatures lines such as WARHAMMER FANTASY, WARHAMMER 40K, & LORD OF THE RINGS! We are also eager to start a league so anyone wishing to help us out with that do not hesitate to stop by and introduce yourself. For those that don’t know Games Workshop is the largest gaming miniature company in the world accounting for over 60% of table top miniature gaming. This company offers superb corporate support to local leagues, shops, and tournaments. This is primarily a “community based” gaming format which we feel is right in line with our current operating practices at Sun Coast Comics.

The company that specializes in acrylic paints, paint markers, and modeling tools all geared towards the assembly and detailing of gundam model kits. With their highly successful line of “Mr. Color” paints, gundam paint markers, Mr. Clear, Mr. Surfacer, and many others Sun Coast Comics modelers are now able to take their imported mech model kits to an all new level!
